PILAP wrote an RTI to NEPRA asking the electric power distribution company whether it was aware of the agreement and whether it took steps to ensure that K-Electric, as it’s licensee, was not contravening the NEPRA Act, 1997, as well as the rules and regulations made thereunder in entering into such an agreement.
